Nancy is a leading lawyer who advises clients on patent and regulatory matters and related litigation. She has represented clients before the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations. Nancy’s training and hands-on experience as a pharmacist coupled with the expertise gained through her highly focussed practice afford her a unique position in examining broader patenting and regulatory issues of importance to her clients. Nancy has been the editor of Rx IP Update, the firm's monthly pharmaceutical intellectual property and regulatory newsletter, since its inception in 2001.
