Dominique has over two decades of experience, with a practice that covers all aspects of patents. Her specific areas focus are chemistry, pharmaceuticals, cannabis, psychedelics, clean technology, polymers, and material science.

Dominique is deeply committed to providing responsive and attentive service. She is focused on developing strong and collaborative relationships with clients and believes trust and accessibility are the foundation of successful and effective engagement.
She has worked closely with Canadian companies, public institutions and international partners to protect clients’ intellectual property and build their IP strategy. She assists her clients in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, including multinational corporations and universities, and provides analysis and opinions on freedom to operate, validity, and patentability.
Since 2014, Dominique has been a member of the patent committee of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC). She served as Vice-Chair from 2021 to 2023 and Chair from 2023 to 2025.
