Smart & Biggar wins Boutique Law Firm of the Year at the Canadian Law Awards

May 10, 2024

Smart & Biggar has been recognized as Canada’s Boutique Law Firm of the Year at the Canadian Law Awards 2024. This category is new for 2024. Previously, the firm had been honoured as Canada’s IP Boutique Law Firm of the Year for four straight years.

Principal Graham Hood attended the awards ceremony, held at the Liberty Grand in Toronto on May 9, 2024. The ceremony was hosted by the publishers of Lexpert and Canadian Lawyer.

Of the honour, Graham said, “to be recognized as Canada’s Boutique Law Firm of the Year, a category that spans all fields of law and practice disciplines, is a tremendous honour. I thank our exceptional team for their grit, hard work, and dedication to service excellence. It is because of our people that we are Canada’s Boutique Law Firm of the Year.”
