Smart & Biggar earns top marks for IP with 27 LEXPERT-ranked lawyers across Canada in 2021
Smart & Biggar is proud to uphold our leadership position for IP in Canada with 27 lawyers listed in the 2021 edition of the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
Our lawyers appeared across five practice areas in this year’s edition, as “Lexpert-Ranked” in Intellectual Property (IP), IP Litigation, Biotechnology, Advertising and Marketing Law and Technology Transactions, as selected by their peers in the Canadian legal community.
Smart & Biggar also earned top marks for IP and IP Litigation as a “Most frequently recommended” firm in Ottawa and Toronto, and as the only firm to also be “Consistently Recommended” for IP in Montreal and Vancouver.
