Smart & Biggar sponsors the 18th annual Harold G. Fox IP Moot competition for law students

Smart & Biggar is pleased to continue sponsoring the annual Harold G. Fox IP Moot, taking place on February 20-21. This year, Audrey Berteau and Matthew Burt will be serving on the panel. Adam Bobker is a member of the organizing committee. 

The event is intended to promote the furtherance of education in the intellectual property field and provide participants with the opportunity to interact with jurists of the Supreme Court, the Ontario and Federal Courts, and other experienced practitioners. It is named in honour of the late Harold G. Fox, one of Canada’s leading intellectual property scholars and advocates.
