  • Graham Hood: Graham’s practice spans all aspects of trademark counselling, prosecution and litigation. He counsels brand owners through trademark selection, clearance and prosecution, as well as opposition proceedings and section 45 non-use, cancellation proceedings before the Trademarks Opposition Board (TMOB) and invalidity expungement proceedings before the Federal Court.
  • Tamara Céline Winegust: Tamara provides strategic advice at all stages of a trademark’s life – from clearance; through filing strategies and prosecution; to licensing and enforcement. Tamara regularly represents clients before the Canadian Trademarks Opposition Board, in opposition and non-use cancellation (section 45) proceedings. Her enforcement practice includes assisting clients with anti-counterfeiting matters, including working with Canadian Border Services to record client rights, and identify and stop suspect counterfeit imports.
