Victor is an intellectual property lawyer and a registered patent and trademark agent in Canada and the US. He has over 20 years of experience in helping clients obtain intellectual property protection for their innovations, with particular expertise in patent protection in mechanical, cleantech and fintech technologies.

Victor has extensive experience assisting clients with all types of contracts for commercializing IP rights and prides himself on providing practical advice that demystifies complicated legal concepts.

His practice spans patent, industrial design, and trademark protection, intellectual property and technology transactions, including the sale and license of intellectual property rights. Victor assists clients with developing strategies for managing IP portfolios, including enforcement and avoiding infringement of third-party intellectual property rights. Victor has been consistently recognized for my expertise and contributions to the industry, with past recognition from the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and Who’s Who Legal. He was honoured with the 2025 Lexology North America Client Choice Award.
