  • William Audet: William’s practice focuses on trademark and copyright protection, including intellectual property litigation, as well as clearance, prosecution, trademark oppositions and cancellations, availability opinions, licensing and enforcement.
  • Jamie-Lynn Kraft: Jamie-Lynn regularly performs trademark clearance searches and provides availability opinions, prepares and files trademark applications, and prosecutes trademark applications before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. She successfully represents clients in proceedings before the Canadian Trademark Opposition Board.
  • François Larose: François’s practice centers on the full trademark lifecycle and is complemented by deep experience in copyright, IP‑related contracts and regulatory compliance. He has a particular specialty in matters engaging the Charter of the French Language.
