Smart & Biggar welcomes new Associate Nikola Rajic
Smart & Biggar is pleased to welcome new Associate Nikola Rajic to the Patents: Engineering, Information and Communications Technology (EICT) group in our Vancouver office. Nikola concentrates on drafting and prosecuting strategic patent portfolios with a focus on electrical, computer and software technologies.
Nikola works on a range of technologies, including medical imaging systems, medical devices, optoelectronics, system-on-chip technologies, artificial intelligence software, audio and video processing hardware and software, telecommunications, oil and gas systems and power electronics.
Nikola’s technical expertise contributes to his understanding of his client’s needs and business objectives, key to developing an IP strategy. He actively assists clients in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in Canada and worldwide.
