Smart & Biggar is pleased to welcome Jessica Rustige to our Ottawa office.
Jessica joins our team as a trademark agent. With over 20 years of experience as a paralegal, Jessica’s practice spans all aspects of trademark counselling and prosecution, from clearance and filing strategy, to portfolio management, to trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings. She will work closely with other members of our Trademarks Practice Group to assist clients in managing and protecting their trademark rights in Canada.
Jessica has extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, from local businesses to multinational corporations. She serves clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including e-commerce platform providers, and designers, developers and manufacturers of computer software, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and toys.
