Smart & Biggar is pleased to welcome four new associates to the Ottawa, Toronto and Montréal offices, expanding and adding depth to our IP litigation bench. Irshaad Hashim, Ryan Wong, Lambert Beaulac and Nicholas Di Piano rejoin the firm following their terms as articling students, each with a practice focus on IP litigation. As associates they will work alongside Canada’s leading IP Lawyers to assist our clients in protecting their innovations and solving their most pressing IP issues.
Irshaad Hashim - Associate, Barrister & Solicitor, Ottawa
Irshaad Hashim is an associate in our Ottawa office. His practice focuses primarily on IP litigation, and he regularly works with innovative biotech companies. Irshaad is committed to thorough and meticulous research to find creative solutions to complex legal and technical issues. He utilizes his biotechnical expertise to provide informed IP solutions. He assesses his clients’ business needs, their position in the market, and their long-term goals to address high-stakes business decisions.
Ryan Wong - Associate, Barrister & Solicitor, Toronto
Ryan Wong is an associate in our Toronto office. He is a dedicated IP litigator in the pharmaceutical sector.
