Honouring Sheldon Hamilton

We are saddened to announce the passing of Sheldon Hamilton, our colleague and friend. See Sheldon’s obituary here. 

Sheldon was with Smart & Biggar for close to 30 years and was recognized as one of Canada’s leading patent litigation lawyers. He was a brilliant advocate, known as a true gentleman in the profession.
