Nathalie is a senior business leader with over 15 years’ experience developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve sales and profitability targets. Through her demonstrated expertise in business operations, client services and business development in B2B she has established a professional reputation for achieving market growth objectives in industries that include biotechnology, healthcare and digital innovation. Nathalie is passionate about empowering teams to improve efficiency and service delivery, and is constantly finding ways to deliver added value to clients.
Prior to joining Smart & Biggar, Nathalie led many projects and diverse cross-functional teams of professionals, driving internal alignment and ensuring compliance and measurement against KPIs. She has developed and executed account strategies and tactical plans and forged strategic relationships and alliances with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, supporting growth and driving operational efficiency.
Nathalie completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2007. She also has a certificate in Project Management and a Fellowship from the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
