With a professional and academic background in business management, Charlotte manages the administrative workflow and framework of Smart & Biggar’s Calgary and Vancouver offices with organization and efficiency. Drawing on her extensive administrative experience, she leads her team in alignment with business objectives and in constant pursuit of business solutions.
Day-to-day, she works closely with firm management and other firm departments - Talent, Finance and IT – to manage and oversee the continuity of administration policies, programs and practices across two offices.
Charlotte’s priorities as a leader are respect and open communication among her team. She leads with curiosity and a genuine desire to ensure each team member approaches their role feeling valued and engaged in their own professional growth and development.
