Andrea is the Head of Practice Group Operations with over 20 years of experience at the firm. She oversees practice group operations with a focus on streamlining processes, optimizing resources and ensuring practitioners and staff are supported in delivering high-quality client service.
Andrea’s career has progressed through a range of operational and leadership roles. She has played a key role in the successful integration of the firm into IPH and the subsequent mergers of two large IP firms, contributing significantly to workforce integration, training and the ongoing effort to build one national firm.
A collaborative and people-focused leader, Andrea is committed to creating efficient and standardized systems that enable each practice group to work effectively and with greater accountability. She is equally passionate about fostering a positive, cohesive firm culture through her involvement in social committees across offices, helping cultivate an environment where individuals feel supported, engaged and aligned with the firm’s goals.
