Principal Tamara Céline Winegust attends the 2025 INTA Leadership Meeting in Florida
In November, Principal Tamara Céline Winegust attended the 2025 Leadership Meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA) in Hollywood, Florida. The annual meeting brought together trademark professionals from around the world to collaborate on key initiatives shaping global brand protection.
In this article, Tamara shares some highlights from her week.
A week of collaboration and connection
"The 2025 INTA Leadership Meeting was a wonderful opportunity to connect with colleagues old and new in the warmth of the Sunshine State."
Beyond the formal sessions, the meeting was an opportunity to reconnect with peers, share perspectives, and strengthen professional relationships within the international trademark community.

Highlights from the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee, Canada Subcommittee
One of Tamara’s highlights during the meeting was presenting as Chair of the Canada Subcommittee for the INTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee (ACC). She shared the Subcommittee’s achievements over the past term, emphasizing Canada’s the Subcommittee’s efforts to advance Canada’s contributions to combating counterfeits and protecting brand integrity.
A meaningful farewell to ACC leadership
This year’s meeting also marked the end of Tamara’s term with the ACC leadership. The week concluded on a personal note as she shared a final leadership dinner with the team.

Looking ahead: the UnREAL Campaign Committee
While one chapter came to a close, another began. Tamara will be starting a new term as a member of INTA’s UnREAL Campaign Committee, an initiative focused on consumer education and awareness around the risks and impact of counterfeit goods.
She is looking forward to contributing to the Committee’s important work and continuing her involvement in INTA’s leadership.

Tamara will be rejoining colleagues next year at the 2026 INTA Annual Meeting in London, continuing her active role in the global trademark community.
