Managing IP Americas Awards shortlists Smart & Biggar in 11 categories including ‘Americas IP Firm of the Year’

Smart & Biggar is proud to announce that it has once again been included on the shortlist for the Managing IP America Awards, reflecting our market leadership in Canada for IP services.

This year, the firm is featured in 11 categories overall by Managing IP, earning more nominations than any other IP firm in Canada. We are especially honoured to once again be the only Canadian firm nominated for the "Americas IP Firm of the Year" award.

Four of the firm’s Principals were also nominated for individual-level awards:

  • Daniel Anthony for Canadian Practitioner of the Year (Trademark Prosecution)
