Smart & Biggar recognized as an IP leader among ‘Canada’s Best Law Firms’ for 2023

For the second year, the Globe and Mail's Report on Business Magazine partnered with Statista and determined which law firms in Canada “are held in the highest esteem by their colleagues.” This list is generated from feedback gathered from more than 3,100 lawyers and clients and features the 200 'most recommended’ law firms nationwide, across 29 practice areas.

Smart & Biggar was identified as the leading Canadian IP firm (most recommended) out of 31 law firms recognized for this practice area. We are thrilled to achieve this national recognition, reflecting our leadership in IP law and our strong reputation among peers and clients as a firm that provides the highest standard of service and counsel for IP.
