Smart & Biggar continues involvement with local entrepreneur communities with SoGal sponsorship in Ottawa

Smart & Biggar is proud to sponsor the Ottawa Round of the SoGal Global Pitch Competition on Thursday, November 28th, 2019 — the only SoGal competition to take place in Canada in 2019.

The top three candidates from the competition will be eligible to pitch in the final round in Silicon Valley in February 2020. Along with this opportunity, they will be offered face-time with top venture capitalists, curated educational programming, unparalleled 1:1 mentorship, press exposure and a chance to win over half a million dollars in investment capital.

Senior associate, Jamie-Lynn Kraft, will be attending the competition as a jury member to select the top eight candidates who have companies with the most community impact.
