Smart & Biggar joins IP leaders across the legal space at the AIPLA 2024 Annual Meeting
Nine Smart & Biggar will represent the firm at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Annual Meeting, taking place from October 24 to 26 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, MD.
Marco Clementoni, Reshika Dhir, David Heller, Daphne Lainson, Steve Martin, Mark Pidkowich, Michael Sgro, Melanie Szweras and Matthew Zischka will be attending the meeting covering all aspects of IP law. Topics include updates on the unified patent court, trademark counterfeit enforcement, march-in rights Under the Bayh-Dole Act, copyright preemption/website and social media scraping, design patent law, harmonization, patent litigation and DEI in IP.
