Successfully represented copyright owners in obtaining the first site-blocking Order to be issued by a Canadian Court compelling Canada’s primary Internet service providers (ISPs) to block their subscribers from accessing two Internet services that distribute infringing television and motion picture content. This case was awarded Canadian Impact Case of the Year at the Managing IP 2020 Americas Awards.
