- Pelle Berends: Pelle is an Associate at Smart & Biggar. He is involved in contentious proceedings before the Trademarks Opposition Board, defending clients’ trademark rights in trademark opposition proceedings and non-use cancellation proceedings.
- Tierney GB Deluzio: Tierney is a Senior Associate at Smart & Biggar. Tierney is involved in all aspects of trademarks, including counselling, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation. Tierney advises clients on building and protecting their brands and reputations across a range of industries, including in the cosmetics, fashion and apparel, consumer goods, food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
- Meika Ellis: Meika is an Associate at Smart & Biggar. Meika specializes in trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation. She also collaborates with Indigenous peoples, organizations, businesses, government departments, and non-profit entities discussing protections for Indigenous Knowledge and Cultural Expressions.
- Kwan Loh: Kwan is a Principal at Smart & Biggar.
