Smart & Biggar earns recognition as ‘Canadian Trademark Firm of the Year’ at Global IP Awards

Smart & Biggar is proud to receive global recognition as the ‘Canadian Trademark Firm of the Year’ at the Global IP Awards, presented by IAM and World Trademark Review (WTR). Trademarks Practice Group Leader and Principal, Graham Hood, was present to collect the award on October 19, 2023, at a gala ceremony held at Plaisterers’ Hall in London, with proceeds donated in aid of the Swawou School for Girls.

This recognition at the Global IP Awards highlights Smart & Biggar’s leadership and expertise in Canadian trademarks and all areas of IP. We are thankful to our clients and peers who nominated us for this global award and honoured to work with the world’s most notable brands, helping them protect and defend their trademarks in Canada.
