Mark Evans provides an update on Canadian Trademark Law Reform at ABA-IPL Annual Meeting

Mark Evans On April 11, Toronto managing partner, Mark Evans will present at the 2019 American Bar Association – Intellectual Property Law (ABA-IPL) Annual Meeting and 34th Intellectual Property Law Conference in Arlington, Virginia.

Alongside industry peers, Mark will review and discuss the amendments to the Canadian Trademarks Act, coming into effect on June 17th, and provide an update concerning what needs to be done now and how things will change in the future.

Partner, Jeremy Want and associate, Matthew Burt will also be in attendance to meet and engage with other IP practitioners, and to share insights on the latest in IP law.
