Sheldon Hamilton presents at ACI’s annual Paragraph IV Disputes Conference

The conference takes place from April 29th to 30th and is hosted by the American Conference Institute (ACI).As part of the conference, Toronto partner, Sheldon Hamilton, will participate in a panel discussion exploring the practice of pharmaceutical patent litigation. Over the course of the session, Sheldon and industry peers will take an in-depth look at:
