Jamie-Lynn Kraft presents on Section 45 in IPIC patent & trademark case law review series
On March 30, 2021, Smart & Biggar senior associate Jamie-Lynn Kraft will present a webinar on ‘Section 45’ as part of the IPIC Patent & Trademark Case Law Review Series.
With co-presenter Tim Bourne, Jamie-Lynn will review cases from the past year that raise both procedural issues and substantive Section 45 issues.
The Patent & Trademark Case Law Review Series is hosted by IPIC and runs from March 2 to April 27, 2021. In the series, legal IP experts will discuss leading court decisions on core patent & trademark law topics. Attendees can expect in-depth discussion on key cases in these areas of Canadian law.
