Smart & Biggar tops the Legal 500 Canada with Tier 1 ranking and 6 lawyers recommended for Intellectual Property

Smart & Biggar is pleased to announce its recognition as a ‘Tier 1’ firm for Intellectual Property in the 2019 edition of The Legal 500 Canada for the fifth year running. The Legal 500 lauded Smart & Biggar as ‘Probably the leading IP firm in Canada’ and commends the firm for “garner[ing] rave reviews” for its ‘top-quality lawyers’ and its ‘ability to turn its hand to any file in the IP space’.

Once again, Smart & Biggar is one of only two firms to receive the top ranking, and boasted the highest number of lawyers featured for Intellectual Property with 6 partners recognized overall, and 3 partners named as ‘Leading Individuals’:
