Smart & Biggar ranked ‘Top-tier’ for Trademarks in Canada by MIP IP Stars 2023
Smart & Biggar is proud to announce that our Trademark practice continues to lead the market in Canada with rankings in ‘Tier 1’ for both Trademark Prosecution and Trademark Contentious matters once again by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) in IP STARS 2023.
MIP IP Stars rankings recognize the world’s leading firms for trademark filing, prosecution and contentious work in more than 50 jurisdictions. For ranking under Trademark Prosecution, consideration is given to pre and post-registration work including office proceedings as well as portfolio management advice, while the Trademark Contentious ranking considers trademark-related disputes (in and outside the courts) and anti-counterfeiting work.
