Smart & Biggar masterclass helps Ottawa entrepreneurs understand IP Strategy for Software
On Thursday, February 25, Smart & Biggar, in partnership with Invest Ottawa, will hosted the webinar masterclass ‘IP Strategy for Software’.
Whether the objective is to have freedom to innovate and build something great without being shut out by other market players, or to secure commercial exclusivity, the IP generated by a company needs to be handled in a way that furthers business objectives.
Lead by Jeff Leuschner, partner at Smart & Biggar, masterclass attendees will learn about the IP toolkit - the collection of IP rights most applicable when evaluating the innovations of your software company, and to learn about how different innovations can be matched to different IP rights to best further your company’s business objectives.
Registration is open for Invest Ottawa members: https://www.investottawa.ca/eventbrite-event/ip-strategy-for-software/
