Smart & Biggar cements decades-long Band 1 ranking for Intellectual Property and IP Litigation in the Chambers Global Guide 2026

Smart & Biggar is proud to announce its continued position as a top-ranked law firm in the 2026 edition of the Chambers Global Guide, maintaining Band 1 rankings in both Intellectual Property (IP) and IP Litigation, with eight individuals recognized as leading professionals.   

This marks the firm’s 21st consecutive year holding a Band 1 ranking in IP, and the seventh consecutive year the firm is ranked Band 1 in IP Litigation, longer than any other Canadian firm.
