Sanjay Goorachurn and Daphne Lainson are recognized in inaugural IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders guide

Partners Sanjay Goorachurn, of Montreal, and Daphne Lainson, of Ottawa, are honoured in IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders, an inaugural guide to supplement the annual IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists.

Sanjay, who provides IP management, IP strategy and IP transactional support to Canadian and global innovative companies, has significant experience in developing IP management programmes and IP strategies. In 2019, he was described as “one of the very best in Canada” (IAM Strategy 300, 2019).

Daphne is a trusted counsellor who works with clients to navigate the complex life sciences patent-regulatory landscape and provides strategic advice and counseling across the life cycle of a drug. She has previously been described by IAM as an “experienced and pragmatic partner” who is “brilliant at the intersection of IP and regulatory law”.
