Guillaume Lavoie Ste-Marie presents at Barreau du Quebec training on IP and Entertainment Law
Montreal Senior Associate Guillaume Lavoie Ste-Marie will present at “Recent Developments In Intellectual Property And Entertainment Law 2020”, a full-day training session presented by Barreau du Quebec on November 13, 2020.
Alongside other Quebec professionals in IP and entertainment law, Guillaume will provide a practical overview of the evolution of extraordinary copyright remedies in Canada, including interim injunctions and Anton Piller de-indexing and site-blocking orders. He will discuss what rights holders should be aware of when seeking new types of remedies or when adapting existing remedies to a new reality.
