Graham Hood discusses Global Anticounterfeiting Enforcement at the AASA Aftermarket IP Forum

Toronto partner Graham Hood will speak at the Aftermarket IP Forum, presented by the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) in partnership with INTA 2020. Graham will participate as a panelist for ‘Global Anticounterfeiting Enforcement: Hot Topics in a New Era’ on Thursday, November 19.

Graham will join peers from INTA and CMS Spain on a panel to discuss current anticounterfeiting trends and hot topics focused on North America, Europe and China. The panelists will discuss anticounterfeiting enforcement online and offline, focusing on recent developments in online enforcement, border measures nationally and cross-boundaries, and what cooperative efforts have been done and can be made to improve stakeholder collaboration.

The Aftermarket IP Forum is a virtual event that brings the automotive aftermarket industry together to address IP rights and how to protect them. The event is attended by government, law enforcement and industry organization professionals, along with brand owners, to learn about and share new tools and insights to fight infringers.
