Smart & Biggar and ACC Ontario hosts virtual panel to discuss managing IP risk for in-house counsel

On Thursday, November 19, Smart & Biggar, in collaboration with the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Ontario, will host “Managing your IP risk”. This virtual event will include a panel of experts that will discuss best practices for in-house counsel to manage intellectual property (IP) risk.

The panel will be moderated by Smart & Biggar partner Patrick Roszell and will include insights from Geoffrey Gow, Intellectual Property Manager, Injection Molding Systems; Graham Hood, Partner, Smart & Biggar; and Tracey Stott, Intellectual Property Counsel, Irving Shipbuilding Inc.

Through the authoritative lens of IP professionals in patents, trademarks and agreements, webinar attendees will understand the process of identifying, analyzing and responding to risk factors related to IP in their organizations.
