Smart & Biggar shortlisted for IP Litigation in Benchmark Canada Awards 2023

Smart & Biggar is proud to announce that the firm has once again been shortlisted by Benchmark Canada for the ‘IP Litigation Firm of the Year’ award reflecting our leading position in IP litigation in Canada. The firm is honoured to have received this award and recognition from Benchmark since 2015.

We are also proud to announce that Principal François Guay has been shortlisted for Canada’s ‘IP Litigation Lawyer of the Year’ individual award, marking his notable courtroom victories and the exceptional results he has achieved on behalf of our clients.

Winners will be announced at this year’s Benchmark Canada Awards Gala, on Wednesday, May 10 at the Omni King Edward Hotel in Toronto.

The Benchmark Canada Awards recognize the “country’s most distinguished litigators and their firms for their exemplary work over the past twelve months” and uncover the most impactful cases and the lawyers and law firms behind them.
