Smart & Biggar has again been selected as a winner of the National Capital Region’s Top Employers award. This special designation recognizes employers in Ottawa that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.  Smart & Biggar is proud to be repeatedly recognized as an employer who offers excellent benefits and supports employee growth and development.

Workplace highlights that put Smart & Biggar at the forefront include:

  • A supportive firm culture, where an assigned Coach conducts regular check-ins, seeks to understand each person’s professional and personal aspirations and potential; and actively works to help them to achieve personal and career success;
  • A large national firm with a boutique feel;
  • And, a commitment to creating an inclusive workplace with the implementation of a Chief Inclusion Officer, a Diversity & Inclusion Team, a Diversity Census Survey, and membership to Law Firm Diversity & Inclusion Network (SFDIN) .
