Best Lawyers in Canada names two Smart & Biggar partners Lawyer of the Year
Smart & Biggar is proud to announce that two of its partners were recognized as “Lawyer of the Year” in the 12th edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada, 2018. Steven Garland was recognized in the category of Intellectual Property and David Schwartz in the category of Biotechnology.
Best Lawyers recognition is based entirely on peer review and the consensus opinions of leading lawyers who are asked to evaluate the professional abilities of their colleagues.
