Smart & Biggar has been consistently recognized as a leading firm by Managing IP, having won a variety of awards showcasing our deep expertise in copyright, trademark, patents and litigation.

This year, the firm is honoured to have received the following awards:

Firm of the Year – Patent Prosecution – Canada

The awards gala was held at Gustavino’s in New York City on Thursday, April 9, 2026. Principals Graham Hood and David Schwartz were on hand to receive the awards.
