Smart & Biggar is proud to be selected as an “Excellence Awardee” in this year’s annual Canadian Law Awards which recognizes Canada’s leading law firms, in-house legal teams, individuals and landmark deals from the past year.

As an Excellence Awardee, Smart & Biggar has once again been shortlisted as the ‘IP Boutique Law Firm of the Year’. Nominees for this category are selected based on the quantity, quality, importance and innovativeness of their legal work performed during 2021. The firm is honoured to be considered in this year’s nominations and it represents our continued record of success and the high standard of service we provide to our clients.

This year marks the third annual Canadian Law Awards and nominations were received from firms and legal departments across the country, recognizing excellence in the legal profession. The awards are presented by Lexpert and supported by Canadian Lawyer and InHouse. They are set to take place on May 19, 2022, where the winners of each category will be announced.
