Smart & Biggar is proud to share that Ottawa partner and Chair of the firm Daphne Lainson and Montréal partner Sanjay Goorachurn have been recognized once again in the 2022 edition of IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists.

Daphne is known as a “biopharmaceutical ace” (IAM Patents 1000, 2020) who “impresses clients with her [pharmaceuticals] regulatory know-how and ability to distil legal complexities into [concise] readable reports.” (IAM Patents 1000, 2021).
