Smart & Biggar congratulates Principal Jean-Sébastien Dupont on his recognition as Intellectual Property Litigator of the Year at the 2026 Benchmark Litigation Canada Awards.

This is an exclusive award with only one winner selected per practice area, following months of peer- and client-review-based research and analysis of submissions and recent casework. The firm was also shortlisted as Intellectual Property Firm of the Year.

Jean-Sébastien Dupont and Chen Li attended the awards ceremony in Toronto at the Ritz-Carlton on May 7, 2026.
