Business-minded solutions from a global perspective

By gaining a broad understanding of the issues involved in a case from both a business and legal perspective, Christopher develops targeted litigation strategies that are tailored to each unique client. Whether conducting research, drafting arguments or preparing opinions for a trial, clients appreciate his insightful contributions and thorough consideration of their specific needs and objectives.

A client-focused litigator with civil and commercial expertise

Christopher assists small to large corporations, operating locally and internationally, in a variety of contentious patent, trademark and copyright cases. He helps clients make well-informed decisions in industries like consumer products, luxury goods, apparel, cannabis, digital media and e-commerce. Christopher’s prior experience in civil and commercial litigation leads him to approach intellectual property law from a business perspective that is focused on obtaining results and ensuring clients’ legal and commercial objectives are addressed.

Christopher began his career at a well-established intellectual property firm in Montreal where he immediately developed a passion for litigation. He is proficient in all aspects of trial preparation before the Superior Court of Quebec and the Federal Court, and the preparation and hearing of appeals in the Federal Court of Appeal. Christopher places high value on building strong rapport with clients and on consistently updating them on all elements of a case in order to minimize their need for follow-up.

Recognized for excellence in the sciences

Christopher obtained his Bachelor of Science from Concordia University where he graduated with distinction. In 2013, he received the Science College Academic Achievement Award from the Faculty of Arts and Science.
