Smart & Biggar welcomes Andrea Tapp to the role of National Operations Lead
Smart & Biggar is pleased to welcome Andrea Tapp to our business leadership team as National Operations Lead, to oversee the firm’s operation teams across our multiple offices.
Andrea brings with her over 20 years of experience in intellectual property administration and is a highly skilled business operations leader. She will work closely with the firm’s executive committee and business leadership team, to maximize the team’s success and meet our client’s needs.
Before her appointment to National Operations Lead, Andrea led the trademark practice at Smart & Biggar for a number of years and managed the Canadian and foreign docketing departments, the communications team, and the Ottawa foreign paralegal team.
