As Director of Finance, Steven leads the firm’s financial strategy, planning and operations, ensuring the integrity, efficiency and effectiveness of all finance and accounting functions. With more than 25 years of progressive experience, he is committed to delivering best-in-class financial management while strengthening operational infrastructure through innovation and continuous improvement.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario). He earned his Chartered Accountant designation with a Big Four global accounting firm and has since held senior finance roles across a range of complex environments, including publicly traded high-technology companies listed on the TMX and NASDAQ. He also brings over a decade of public-sector leadership experience, formerly serving as Director of Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.
