Paul joined the firm in January 2016 as Chief Talent Officer to lead a journey to build a world-class talent experience at Smart & Biggar. He is responsible for establishing and cultivating a culture that attracts, engages and retains the firm’s human capital, and guides and supports the organization on all HR matters to meet its strategic objectives and goals for profitability and growth.
Paul is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University.
