Urszula Wojtyra discusses top patent cases at the U of T Annual Patent Colloquium

Urszula Wojtyra, partner in Smart & Biggar’s Toronto office, will participate in a panel discussion at the 7th Annual University of Toronto Patent Colloquium on Friday, November 9.

The panel, “Top 10 Patent Cases of the Year”, will be moderated by Justice Michael Manson. Urszula will review remedy decisions from the past year, including:

• AFD Petroleum Ltd v Frac Shack Inc
• Grenke v DNOW Canada ULC
• Adir v Apotex inc
• Apotex Inc v. Bayer Inc

Professor Simon Stern will open the event and Justice Roger Hughes will deliver the keynote address.
