Smart & Biggar partners join the annual University of Toronto Patent Colloquium
Toronto partners, Nancy Pei and Sheldon Hamilton, will participate in the 8th Annual University of Toronto, Faculty of Law Patent Colloquium on Friday, November 15, 2019.
Sheldon and Nancy will each join a panel of their peers to cover timely topics in the pharmaceutical patent industry.
As part of the event’s morning program, Sheldon will discuss “The Ins and Outs of Non-Infringing Alternatives”, while Nancy will speak in the afternoon on “File Wrapper History (coming to a theatre near you: what it will mean)”.
Opening remarks will be delivered by Chief Justice Paul Crampton of the Federal Court of Canada.
The Annual Patent Colloquium is hosted by the Centre of Innovation Law and Policy at the University of Toronto.
