Timothy Stevenson, based in our Ottawa office, focusses on trademarks and strategic brand management. He has over a decade of experience in representing some of the world’s most famous brands across a variety of industries.  His practice addresses all aspects of the trademark life cycle, including clearance, prosecution, cancellation, opposition and enforcement. In contentious matters, Timothy has successfully represented clients before the Trademarks Opposition Board, Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. He also has considerable expertise in domain name matters and the enforcement of trademarks and copyright online.

Dr. Mark Pidkowich, based in our Vancouver office, focusses on the development and management of patent portfolios in the chemical and life sciences, including biologics, drug discovery, diagnostics and medical devices, and natural products. Mark also represents clients in respect of their intellectual property transactions, including licenses, acquisitions, and research and development agreements. Mark regularly prepares international patent applications and advises clients throughout subsequent patent prosecution in various jurisdictions, including Canada, Europe, the United States and Australia. He also prosecutes Canadian patent applications for clients in the United States, Europe and other jurisdictions. Mark has successfully represented clients before the Patent Appeal Board.
