Mark Evans presents the 2018 Trademarks Update at the Law Society of Ontario’s 23rd Intellectual Property Law: The Year in Review
Mark Evans, Managing Partner of Smart & Biggar’s Toronto office, will present at the 23rd Intellectual Property Law: The Year in Review, hosted by the Law Society of Ontario on January 17, 2019.
Mark will provide the Trademarks Update to the Law Society, and will discuss 2018’s most notable trademark trends, legislative changes and cases.
Intellectual Property Law: The Year in Review is the Law Society of Ontario’s flagship event. In addition to practice area updates, attendees will learn how AI will disrupt IP practice, gain insight into how cannabis laws impact IP protection and find out more about USMCA’s potential impact on IP laws.
