Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and Europe: a new age of IP reform?

The Canadian government tabled a report yesterday with further details concerning the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union. CETA is being touted as Canada's most ambitious trade agreement to date, with far reaching provisions, including relating to intellectual property.
